Can I use WalkFit on multiple devices?
You can access your personal account on multiple devices by simply downloading the app and logging in. However, please note that synchronization between devices is currently unavailable, so data will not sync across them. We’re working on improving this functionality for the future, so stay tuned!

You can change parameters like height, weight, units, and email by following these instructions.

How subscription works?
WalkFit’s app subscription is only offered as an auto-renewing plan, meaning it automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle.
Auto-renewable subscriptions are designed to ensure you maintain uninterrupted access to the app without the need to renew manually.
I already purchased WalkFit - why is it asking me to pay again?
No worries, if you’ve already purchased a subscription, you simply need to install the app on your device to gain access. Once you open the app, use the Login option, as shown below:

Once you open the website and complete your profile setup, you will be redirected to the payment screen with up-to-date information on the subscription plans currently available, including pricing details and billing schedules.There are usually several auto-renewable subscription plans available, and there may also be special offers.
