Are my subscription and the plan in the application connected?
While your subscription and walking plan are connected, they serve different purposes.
Walking Plan: This is your personalized exercise program, tailored to help you achieve your goals based on the details you provided during registration. It guides your workouts and helps you stay consistent and improve over time.
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to pause or postpone a subscription, as it starts immediately after your purchase is confirmed.
Can I purchase WalkFit for a single period of use?
At the moment, it’s not possible to purchase the app for a single, non-renewing period. However, you can cancel the auto-renewal anytime—your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
This way, you can enjoy Yoga-Go without interruptions and still have full control over your renewal preferences.
Can I upgrade my subscription to a different plan?
At the moment, it's not possible to switch to a different subscription plan.
How can I cancel my subscription?
There are currently two ways to cancel a subscription:

How can I check my current subscription?
There are three ways to view your current subscription: via your invoice email, in the app, or via our website.
Right after your purchase, we send a receipt with your plan price and renewal date to your account email. This email will be sent from support@walk-fit.io. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
How can I get a refund?
Please visit the Refund Policy page to see whether your case meets the criteria to receive a refund.
If your initial purchase was made less than 30 days ago, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please note that renewal payments are not refundable once a new billing cycle has started, regardless of app usage.
How can I switch to another subscription?
At the moment, it's not possible to switch to a different subscription plan.
How can I update my payment information?
Unfortunately, our service does not currently offer the option to switch payment methods directly through the app. If you’re experiencing any issues with your payment, please reach out to our support team via the Contact Us form.

How much does a subscription cost?
Once you open the website and finish setting up your profile, you’ll be guided to the payment screen with up-to-date information on available subscription plans, including plan pricing and billing period. This payment screen is the best source of information regarding pricing, so to avoid confusion, please reference this information. Since we occasionally run promotions, there might be different discounts available. To avoid surprises, please make sure you're aware of all the terms and conditions associated with our subscriptions. These can be found in our Terms of Use prior to subscribing. If you already have a subscription, you can always check your current plan in the User Account section of our website.
What is the billing cycle?
The billing cycle is the period of time that your subscription is active before it renews. Our app offers flexible subscription options, so you can choose the plan that works best for you.

Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription is auto-renewable, meaning it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and you will be billed based on the renewal period you selected at the time of purchase.
