Please note that the WalkFit app sets up daily goals for you based on the personal parameters you set when you signed up including your fitness level, personal goal, current and target weight, and age. However, if you’d like to change your daily goals, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap on Personal details

From there, you can adjust your goal however you see fit.
