This error is not common, but can occur from time to time. First of all, please make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi. 

Also, if you’re using any type of VPN or proxy, we recommend turning it off, as such software may slow down your Internet connection.

After checking all these points, please reboot your device and reinstall the app by following the steps below:

1. Delete the app.
2. Download it again
3. Open the app and tap on the Login button on the app’s opening screen.

4. Enter the email address you used when placing your purchase and password.
5. Then tap on Login to log in to your account as shown below.
