What's inside WalkFit?
Once your profile is complete, you’ll unlock your guided workout plan, plus full access to all the workouts and challenges in the app! Remember, there’s no rush to do everything at once. Take things at your own pace, listen to your body, and give yourself time to rest and recover when you need it.
Here are a few tips to help you get started:
- Find your plan: You can view your personalized program via both the Home and Workouts tabs.
- View the details: For a deeper look at your plan, go to Profile > Plan settings > Your workout program
- Explore indoor workouts: Don’t feel like going outside today? That’s OK! Check out the Indoor section in the Workouts tab for sessions like Stretching, Yoga, Ab Workouts, Step Aerobics, Treadmill Walking, Dance Your Steps, and Full-Body Workouts.
- Head outdoors: Head to the Outdoor section in the Workouts tab to find programs such as 10-Minute Walk, Walking for Better Sleep, and After-Lunch Walking.
- Set your own pace: Use the Free Walk feature to create a one-time goal—whether that’s steps, calories, distance, or duration—and enjoy your walk your way!
